adidas Releases Official Photos of NMD S1 “Core Black”

adidas gears up for its launch of the NMD S1 “Core Black,” dressing the original 2015 silhouette in a triple black upper with modernized elements. adidas is slowly introducing the NMD S1 model to the fore of its Primeknit series. The sock-like upper is a consistent mainstay in the lineup, seamlessly blending into the futuristic BOOST sole — an innovative cushioning platform that absorbs frenetic shock with each stride. Originally unveiled in 2013, the sole congeals thermoplastic polyurethane particles, aiding in the silhouette’s overall durability and flexibility during turbulent performance. Last year, adidas introduced its all-white iteration of the NMD S1, featuring a milky upper with fine-tuned details at the sole. The second iteration saw a phosphorescent jade green sole and all-grey body. In continuation of the model’s lineage, the “Core Black” colorway refines its principal features, creating a sense of minimalist cohesion. Triple stacked translucent block mold inserts accent the futuristic sole, and a semi-translucent Triple Stripe motif is seen embossed across the textural, threaded upper. White speckling is featured at the heel and also incorporated throughout the black laces, finished with a debossed adidas logo and Trefoil at the outer heel. adidas ushers in a sleek, streamlined aesthetic for its Primeknit upper, adding refined modifications that elevate the model to a new standard of technologically-enhanced footwear. At the time of writing, The NMD S1 “Core Black” colorway will retail at $180 USD and will release alongside the grey-and-white upper later this year on the adidas home website. Virgil Abloh’s SS22 Louis Vuitton LV Runner Tatic Trainer Drops Worldwide

Earlier this month, Louis Vuitton marked the end of an era with the showcase of Virgil Abloh’s last collection for the house, so in order to keep fans of the visionary designer in check, the brand has decided to drop its LV Runner Tatic Trainer from Spring/Summer 2022 globally. Previously, the sneaker was exclusively available at LV’s Miami menswear store, however, the shoe has now appeared online and in-stores in the U.K. in a variety of colors.Kicking off with the signature green colorway, Louis Vuitton also introduces pairs in all white and all black alongside a “Moka” iteration and another in a mixture of blues, pinks, and greens — the loudest of them all. The style is made from a mixture of materials, with mesh forming the base and suede panels overlaying this to give the shoe a retro runner aesthetic, which is accentuated by the skewed LV branding on the mid-panel and the gelly-rubber window on the tongue, both of which hark back to the more adventurous era of ’90s runners.Signature motifs such as the LV flower monogram appears on the lower-section of the rear-quarter, and “VUITTON” has been etched into the midsole for added branding. Another flower monogram adorns a suede diamond-shaped patch on the vamp, while the LV stamp has been placed on the heel to round out the pair.Depending on the color you opt for, pairs will cost either £860 GBP or £920 GBP in the U.K., or from $1,220 USD to $1,300 USD in the States, where there are other special colorways as well. Take a closer look at the LV Runner Tatic above, and shop the range on Louis Vuitton’s U.K. site and in its stores now.Elsewhere, UNO’s 50th anniversary-celebrating Nike Air Force 1 collaboration is coming.

Nike Douses the Dunk Low in a “Coconut Milk” Colorway

Following the surfacing of the Dunk Low in “Green Paisley” joining the “Paisley” pack series, Nike looks to bring out the silhouette in a minimalistic “Coconut Milk” palette. The highly-coveted model is being carried over into the new year with constant new upgrades in either construction of materials and textures or simply new colorway additions.Late last year, the sportswear giant debuted an Air Jordan 1 Low in the same hue contrasted by a black Swoosh. This latest installment opts for a Sail leather base sealing the toebox, quarters, and ankle, while the overlays are done in the creamy “Coconut Milk” shade. To further emphasize the monochrome look, the sockliner peeps out in off-white as the laces, heel tab branding, and main lateral Swoosh add more definition in white. The midsole continues with the crisp white and is sealed off with a rubber outsole in the nominal color.Look out for the Nike Dunk Low “Coconut Milk” to release in the coming weeks at select retailers and Nike’s website for $100 USD.
