Gearing up to introduce the new React Live model to its running line, Nike first debuted the sneaker in “Barely Volt” last week. Now official images see the silhouette also comes in an “Anthracite” colorway. The latest futuristic running sneaker comes at a reduced price compared to other models but keeps Nike’s patented React technology in place. A mesh upper is accompanied by both synthetic and suede overlays while the exposed stitching toward the rear gives it its deconstructed look. A new cord system weaves within the traditional lacing to form a pull tab both at the heel and tongue. Blue laces and red cord contrast with the dark hue upper, and gray grooves in its white midsole add to its futurism while providing extra cushioning. White mini Swooshes are visible on the lateral sides with small scripted N. 354 toward the inside toe box and red inserts printed with the latter’s logo match the outer cords.Retailing for $90 USD the Nike React Live “Anthracite” is set to release this month so keep an eye out on Nike’s website for more details. In case you missed it, check out sacai team up with Nike again for a rumored “Sail” Vaporwaffle.
