One of the UK’s leading sneaker stores Offspring is back yet again with another Converse collaboration, this time around taking the chance to “Flip” its collaborative Chuck 70 pairs from 2019.As such, “The Flip” pack presents a Chuck 70 Low and Chuck 70 High in cream suede and black suede respectively — reversing what was found in the 2019 collaboration. However, much more has been done than just swapping the colorways over.Releasing in honor of its fond Offspring Community, the pairs feature the “Offspring Community HQ” stamp printed around the perimeter of both shoes’ milky semi-translucent midsoles. Elsewhere, we find lightning bolt details carried over from the previous pairs, only updated. Now, the one on the vamp is embroidered, the ones that were on the sidewall are gone in favor of a larger outsole lightning bolt, and the laces that are branded with Converse’s moniker and the lightning bolt motif still remain.Rounding out both pairs are details such as the Offspring mascot that surrounds the very top eyelet, the same mascot appearing on the inner side of the tongue, and the removable patch on the medial panel.
