adidas YEEZY FOAM RNNR “Vermilion” is Unveiled

Since first debuting via a shock drop on YEEZY SUPPLY back in June 2020, adidas and Kanye West’s YEEZY FOAM RNNR has quickly worked its way up the rankings of the most popular footwear silhouettes on the market. The cozy clog — after being unveiled in a tonal “Mineral Blue” — has now uncovered its forthcoming “Vermilion” makeup that immediately elicits memories of Ye’s famous Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” which launched back in 2014.Titled after a powdered mineral cinnabar, the algae-infused kicks are styled with a monochromatic motif. From top to bottom, the entire EVA-built piece is dripped in a “Vermilion” hue, which easily makes this rendition the loudest FOAM RNNR, and arguably the loudest adidas YEEZY rendition that we’ve seen to-date. Circular holes are poked out from the front to the back to provide wearers with ample ventilation. Down below, the kicks are rounded out by a herringbone patterned treading that is styled in similar fashion to the YEEZY BOOST 700 and YEEZY BOOST 700 V2.Ironically, YEEZY MAFIA states that the YEEZY FOAM RNNR “Vermilion” is scheduled to launch in October 2021, but this has yet to be confirmed by adidas. Retail price will be the standard $80 USD.Want more sneaker news? Check out an on-foot view of the YEEZY 450 “Dark Slate”.
