Travis Scott x fragment x Air Jordan 1 High Sample Surfaces

As we wait for the release of the Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low and High, images of a sample for the heavyweight three-way collaboration recently surfaced. Spotted on the feet of La Flame’s longtime friend DJ Chase B, the sample appears to be an alternate of the High iterations releasing later this year. The Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 High sample features a premium white leather base accented by black at the toe and blue overlays at the rear. As per usual, the shoe features enlarged reversed Swooshes but the fragment lightning bolt motif at the heel also has been enlarged.Although not much is known at the moment, it is believed that the sample design will not be released to the public. View this post on Instagram A post shared by HIDDEN® (@hidden.ny)For more footwear news, Nike is now suing a former employee turned sneaker customizer.

Nike Is Now Suing a Former Employee Turned Sneaker Customizer

Shortly after word of its lawsuit against Customs By Ilene, Inc., better known as Drip Creationz, we are now learning that Nike is now suing a former employee turned sneaker customizer.According to reports, Nike has filed an official complaint in a federal court in Oregon against Jeffrey Waskowiak, a former Nike footwear developer, and his company KickRich LLC. The legal action notes that KickRich LLC is selling “custom” sneakers that “combine purportedly genuine Nike shoe soles with uppers fabricated entirely by the defendants.” The sneaker giant continues to note that the customs sold for “hundreds or up to several thousand dollars each” feature “reproductions of Nike’s famous Swoosh design and other protected trade dress.”Nike highlights a custom Air Jordan 1 Mid “Amazon” from KickRich which it believes creates a false affiliation with the e-commerce company. With the complaint filed in an Oregon federal court, Nike is seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop Jeffrey Waskowiak and KickRich LLC from further infringing on its trademarks or clouding its business.Take a look at documents from Nike’s latest lawsuit below. View this post on Instagram A post shared by The Fashion Law (@thefashionlaw)For more footwear news, Virgil Abloh is giving away signed Off-White™ x Converse Chuck 70 HIs for charity.
