adidas has given its NMD_R1 a lively “Duck Camo” colorway. This bold rendition follows the silhouette’s futuristic, data-inspired iteration from back in January.The shoe’s uppers are constructed with an intricate Primeknit weave colored in an understated “Duck Camo” pattern. Subtle earth-tones and light olive shades are scattered throughout the body, while hints of “Hot Pink” offer a bold contrast to the modest palettes. Serving as a continuation of a partnership launched last year, we now have a closer look at the Maison Margiela x Reebok Classic Leather Tabi.Coming in tonal “Black” and “White,” the new style serves as a distilled take on the signature codes of the fashion house and sportswear name. Building on the evolved design language from Margiela Creative Director John Galliano, the Classic Leather Tabi is an innovation marked with heritage, where fashion and functionality collide for contemporary yet timeless appeal.The collaboration sees Reebok’s iconic Classic Leather running shoe from 1983 reimagined with Maison Margiela’s Tabi created in 1988. Constructed of premium nappe leather, the entire silhouette has been deconstructed for the distinct split-toe design. Branding comes in the form of dynamic Vector logos formed by overlays on the sides, Reebok badges, co-branded tongue tags and Margiela’s stitching on the rear above the printed heel tabs.Rounding up the design of the shoe is a plush matching sockliner and solid EVA sole that helps express the signature footprint that serves to mark the collision between Margiela and Reebok. With the end of February in sight and spring around the corner, much of the world is looking forward to the vernal season’s warm embrace. Vault by Vans is among those numbers, and to celebrate the impending change of seasons, it’s prepped an “OG Pack” of new takes on the Authentic and Chukka — all of which boast floral embroidery.The offerings are kicked off by a duo of Authentics: a faded purple shade Vans calls “Smokey Grape” that’s trimmed with golden “Dried Tobacco” accents and a bright red “Cardinal” with lively orange “Persimmon” embellishments. On the other end, the Chukka Boot is the calmest of the bunch with its “Marshmallow” base colorway. However, it’s not without its pops of vibrance thanks to sporty blue accents. All three pairs place their contrasting colors on foxing stripes, heel strips and eyestays, and boast a simple-yet-effective embroidered floral pattern centered around daisy-like flowers. White midsoles and classic waffle outsoles finalize the trifecta of looks.Expect the Vault by Vans “OG Pack” to release at select Vault by Vans accounts like HBX on March 1.
