After dropping a stealthy colorway late last year, Nike has returned to its futuristic Air Max Terrascape Plus for a more colorful design. Referencing the Air Max Plus design, the silhouette features a range of new design touches as well as a selection of sustainable details across the upper and outsole.For this release, Nike has dressed the upper in an off-white base described as “Pearl White,” which is contrasted by detailing in “Dark Beetroot” along the tongue and laces, and hits of “Hot Curry.” Another stand-out feature is the speckled rubber outsole, which is constructed using Nike Grind, a material produced from recycled waste from the footwear manufacturing process. Following the release of a “Dark Grey” 725 midway through last year, New Balance has returned to its archives for two new fresh takes of the running-inspired silhouette.The first take arrives doused in “Black Olive”, with synthetic underlays accompanied by nubuck overlays to create a retro effect. Pops of grey can be found across the upper and on the sneaker’s subtle heel branding, all of which sits atop a crisp white midsole, and a silver ABZORB mold on the lateral heels.The second take is just as versatile, too, as “Black Olive” is replaced with a more subtle light “Beige” colorway, while the aforementioned pops on the midsole match this version’s subtle upper.New Balance’s “Dark Olive” and “Beige” ML725 are available to buy now from the atmos webstore, retailing at ¥12,500 (approximately $110 USD).In other footwear news, adidas Originals is readying its SUPERTURF ADVENTURE for a general release.

Sean Wotherspoon’s collaboration with adidas Originals on the SUPERTURF ADVENTURE might have been a divisive one, but things may be about to change for the silhouette as the Three Stripes has been busy making two new general release colorways.Coming in “Cream White” and “Wild Brown,” these GR iterations take a more relaxed approach than their Wotherspoon-designed counterparts. As a result, it makes the already busy pair increasingly wearable, with pops of color added to the webbing details and other technical elements of the ’90s-inspired hiking sneaker, livening up the overall design.For example, the “Cream White” offering sports a multi-layered upper comprising mesh and suede panels that are intersected with lilac webbing, with the latter also marking out the Three Stripes. SUPERTURF branding graces the tongue, which itself is covered in speckled rope laces like you’d find on a pair of hiking shoes, while a zipper has also been added to the tongue’s covering to make it more resilient to the conditions outdoors.As for the “Wild Brown” colorway, the makeup is centered more around the burgundy suede and brown suede panels that cover the copper-tinged mesh. Pops of forest green work the collar, heel, and interior, while black webbing serves as a break of color on this wintery pair.The SUPERTURF ADVENTURE is fitted with a multi-piece sole unit harnessed by adiPRENE+ cushioning and stability technology, as well as a heavy-lugged outsole for extra grip.
