Part of Jordan Brand’s fall 2021 Air Jordan retro collection, the Air Jordan 14 Low “Lipstick” is a vivacious women’s style with premium construction and a two-tone color scheme. Now, ahead of its arrival, we’ve been given a closer look at the “Lipstick” — a design that serves as a colorful complement to the muted, makeup-inspired Air Jordan 4 “Shimmer.”A women’s exclusive, this low-cut Air Jordan 14 earns its nickname with rich red detailing on its collar and throat. The rest of the upper is made of stark black suede for maximum contrast, while jeweled midfoot badges and rubberized heels supply the AJ 14’s speedy signature Ferrari-inspired detailing. Although it can’t be seen in the images shown here, insoles feature a red lip print for a direct nod to the shoe’s “Lipstick” nickname. Down below, the toothed black midsole is splattered with white speckles, and bright silver midfoot shanks round off the look.Early reports state that the Air Jordan 14 Low “Lipstick” will release on September 16, but this date is pending official confirmation from Jordan Brand. It’ll likely retail for $170 USD.For more from the world of Air Jordan, get a first look at the Air Jordan 1 “Marina Blue” — a two-tone style slated for a January 2022 release.
