Two More Colorways of Nike Sportswear’s Lahar Low Have Been Unveiled

At the beginning of this year, Nike and its Sportswear division reintroduced its Lahar Low — a hybrid sneaker and boot silhouette that originally launched back in 1989. To start off the month of June, the Swoosh family is increasing the silhouette’s output with a duo of new makeups, one being the “Madeira/Dark Beetroot” colorway, and the other, a “Hemp/Smoke” iteration. When scoping out the design aspects of both installments, the former mentioned surely lands on the darker side of the spectrum. A majority of its canvas build is dominated by its “Dark Beetroot” shade, while the “Madeira” notes are invited in to dress up the overlays that lie closest to the throat. Mudguards are built with a chocolate-y brown tone, and come marked with black synthetic overlays that affix to the mid-foot and toe caps. Slivers of silver also pops naturally through the metal bolts adjacent to the throat as well as through the tiny Swooshes that are positioned along the collars. Its release sibling leans on neutral tones to outfit its entirety. A “Hemp” hue wraps a majority of its base layer, sporting small deviations between the canvas material that forges most of the real estate and the nubuck fabrics that make up the overlays. Following close behind are “Smoke” accents that arrive along the Swooshes, heel tab’s trimming, mudguards and the entire chunky sole units. If interested in purchasing, you can find select retailers like Naked dropping them on June 1 for $144 USD a piece.Previously, the Nike Dunk Low was recently revealed in a clean “Team Red” colorway.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
