Twisted X is celebrating its 20th anniversary by keeping it light in Atlanta—Feather X light, that is. The Texas-based brand will highlight some Texas-sized expansions to its popular Feather X product line, part of the UltraLite X family, branching out from lifestyle into work and kids’ footwear.
“We now have over 40 styles within Feather X, and we’re getting a great reaction, especially on the women’s side of things,” reports Jud Taylor, vice president of sales. “Feather X is extremely light, and it’s a great comfort story, which is what Twisted X is known for.”
In addition to incorporating nano composite safety toes, the new Spring/Summer ’26 Feather X collection has added a breathable air mesh to men’s, women’s, and kids’ styles.
One of its trendiest patterns also pays tribute to the Lone Star State’s cattle ranching tradition. “We’ve noticed that cow prints continue to do well for us, especially as Western continues to be a strong trend, so you’ll see more of that in our women’s collections,” Taylor explains, noting that “UltraLite X is core to our work category, and we continue to develop profiles and silhouettes to deliver options for all industries.”
“We have so many exciting updates as we head into Atlanta,” he continues. “We’re in a really strong inventory position, so we’re excited to talk to retailers about that. We continue to have inventory available across the global family of brands, so our retailers can leverage us as they need to and choose to. We never stopped our production, like some other vendors did.
“It’s important to us that our retailer partners can have strong Q3 and Q4 and providing best-selling products that will resonate with their audiences and help them continue to grow their business is crucial,” Taylor says. “We are here for them as a partner, no matter their needs, to help grow their business. We’re very proud of that.”
