Last August, lightning flashed before our eyes as one of the Air Jordan 4’s most popular colorways was rumored to be returning in 2023. Now, thunder has struck with an official reveal of the Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” in its third iteration. The sneaker originally released in 2006 and was given the retro treatment in 2012. In addition to this, 2021 saw the release of a “Red Thunder” version that ditched the typical “Tour Yellow” for a bright red while a reissue of the “Lightning” colorway from 2006 also hit shelves.In its refreshed presentation, this “Thunder” pair stays true to its roots with a nubuck upper dressed in all-black with electric hits of yellow throughout.
