Hot off the heels of announcing the return of Allen Iverson’s Answer IV “OG” and the reissue of its Tabi-Toed Classic Leather “Bianchetto” collaboration with Maison Margiela, Reebok is now taking a moment to direct our attention back to its in-line family to reveal a brand new lifestyle offering. Up next for the vector brand is the Zig 3D Storm Hydro — a brand new silhouette whose base layer draws influence from football boots and water shoes and comes bolstered with a Zig Kinetica II outsole. The sleek model’s inaugural colorway opts to go with a stealthy black and gray motif. Its base layer build starts out with a mesh foundation and comes cooked up with tonal synthetic overlays and a tiny gray vector insignia on the lateral wall. The opposite side of the upper is slightly more dimensional as it hosts a ShelterShield Shroud that commences near the toe box and extends along the medial side where it is eventually held up by a small hook near the ankle. Beneath this, a Reebok logo mold is attached to the mesh materials and contrasts with more muted gray applications. The pair’s Speed Lace lacing system features a toe hook, lace lock and a large reflective RF welding across lateral panel. Underneath, the chunky Zig Kinetica II outsole follows suit with an all-black complexion.Note that this inaugural black colorway is available now via select retailers for $180 USD.For other news, Reebok and Doraemon recently partnered up for playful Instapump Fury collaborations.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
