First shown during the label’s Fall/Winter 2026 presentation at Paris Fashion Week, the shoe translates PAF’s structural design language into a form the brand has not attempted before.The upper is the shoe’s defining element. Built from Italian cow leather, it is cut through with laser-etched slits modeled on flower petals, a detail that gives the design its name and its face. Those cuts are the physical expression of PAF’s “Organic Artifact” approach, the brand’s method of reinterpreting forms found in nature into the shape of a product. Rather than sitting on the leather as ornament, the petal cutouts are treated as a working canvas.That distinction matters because the cutouts drive how the shoe is worn.
