There’s many factors as to how or why a sportswear brand can succeed in today’s landscape, and one of those is performance. For adidas, this is certainly an area that it has excelled in because of two cushioning systems that it has generated including BOOST and 4D. The latter has been implemented into many different silhouettes, the latest of which is the all-new adidas 4DFWD Pulse — a brand new runner that has just been revealed in a “Core Black” colorway. This makeup has surface hot off the heels of the silhouette’s “Signal Green” iteration. All performance details aside, it’s important to acknowledge that this installment is crafted with a Primegreen upper — which is comprised of recycled contents. A majority of the base is cloaked in a solid “Core Black” hue and is accented with neon green doses that show face on the lace loops, heel tabs and tongue branding. Additionally, the stripes usher in another element of playfulness as they are coated with an iridescent finish. The latticed 4D midsoles also come draped in black while the treading is doused in a more vivid green.Peep a closer look at the pair here above and note that they’re available now via adidas UK for £170 (approx. $236 USD).In case you missed it, adidas just unveiled its Real Madrid 2021/22 away uniforms.

1017 ALYX 9SM Unveils a Sleek Leather Mono Mule
During the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the more recognizable trends that occurred in the world of fashion was the spike in popularity over slippers, mules and other easy-on-easy-off silhouettes. One can even make the argument that these types of kicks have somewhat reached the level of acclaim that some of the most hyped sneaker collaborations of today receive as Croc team-ups and YEEZY FOAM RNNRS get listed for ridiculous prices on the resell market. And brands are certainly buying into this movement by producing more offerings of this nature, the latest being 1017 ALYX 9SM which has just unveiled its Leather Mono Mule.Uppers are constructed with a premium leather material and feature textile trimming along the collars and an almond toe shape. The only branding present is the oversized debossed 1017 ALYX 9SM hit on the leather insoles. The foundation of these slip-ons is where more design details come through. Sole pieces are semi-chunky in stature and come chiseled with sleek grooves towards the lateral and medial heels and a slightly lipped out block towards the toe tips.If you’re thinking of adding these to your rotation, you can cop them now via HBX for $670 USD.For more sneaker news, Prada recently unveiled a striking padded nylon slip-on.
