Slim and speedy but with a look that’s still grounded in classic Nike design, the Waffle One has become a Nike Sportswear lifestyle favorite in 2021 — debuting via a Whitaker Group-exclusive style before releasing in in-line colorways like “Electric Green” and “Underbrush.” Now, it’s arrived in a “Black/Iron Grey” makeup with one notable difference from its predecessors: a stripped-back mesh upper.Where every previous Waffle One has used a translucent TPE for its upper, the mesh build on the “Black/Iron Grey” gives it an even more streamlined look than its predecessors. This black mesh base is surrounded by black suede mudguards and eyestays plus black leather heel pieces and a gold-speckled, double-stacked heel clip. Swooshes are presented in white leather, while tan and small hits of blue appear on and around the collar. Down below, black midsoles add small Nike graphics towards the heel and the waffle outsoles that give the shoe its name feature the same gold speckling as the heel clips. The Nike Waffle One “Black/Iron Grey” is available now via the Nike Japan wbstore, and will likely arrive in the US later in August. Its MSRP is set at $100 USD.For more news on Nike kicks, take a look at official images of the sacai x fragment design x Nike LDWaffle “Light Smoke Grey.”

Official Images of the Nike Dunk High “Midnight Navy”
Nike’s Dunk High and Dunk Low have been bonafide two-tone tycoons over the course of 2021, with a torrent of releases that demand keen attention due to their volume. Now, Nike Sportswear is adding yet another two-tone Dunk to its bulging lineup: the Dunk High “Midnight Navy,” a shoe that was first revealed this spring.Combining OG Dunk colorblocking with a new navy shade, the Dunk High “Midnight Navy” uses its signature ultra-dark blue hue on its mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes, heels and collar flaps. This is contrasted by crisp white on toeboxes, quarter panels and collars. Tongues are built from white nylon, branded with navy detailing on their tag and overlaid by thin “Midnight Navy” laces. The collar lining is done up in “Midnight Navy” as well, and the insoles provide a cheeky distinction from the rest of the shoe with a blaze orange Nike hit. Down below, white midsoles and “Midnight Navy” outsoles finalize the look. The Nike Dunk High “Midnight Navy” is set to release via the Nike webstore come September 3. Full family sizes will be available, and men’s pairs are priced at $110 USD.For more Dunk news, be sure to have a gander at the revived Dunk High “Varsity Red,” an OG style that debuted in 1985.
