atmos Is Hosting a Nike CO.JP Archive Exhibit in Tokyo

Nike’s Japan-only CO.JP (short for “Concept Japan”) line and atmos go way back — all the way back to the turn of the century, in fact. Now, in celebration of CO.JP’s influence and impact on global sneaker culture, atmos is hosting a CO.JP archive exhibit in Tokyo.atmos founder Hirofumi “Koji” Kojima recently took to his Instagram to show off the exhibit, which is located by the atmos Sendagaya store. It’s shaped to look like a giant early ’00s Nike shoebox, and even features a “size label” on its front that features the exhibition’s dates, times and more in clever fashion. Inside the space is a rectangular glass case that holds everything from rare Dunks, Air Force 1s, Air Maxes and atmos collaborations to cult favorites like the Air Rift and old school Nike ACG product, ringed on all sides by glass wall displays with shoes of their own. The atmos-sponsored Nike CO.JP archive exhibit is located at 150-0001 3-16-9 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. It’s on view until August 25, and is open from 11 AM to 7 PM Tokyo time. Tickets are not required for entry, but if you’re interested in skipping a potential queue, you can sign up for a ticket here. The Nike ISPA Flow 2020 Takes on Teal Soles

Nike ISPA’s ISPA Flow 2020 offers a lightweight mix of breathability and structure designed to combat a common problem: hot feet in the summer. It was originally introduced as part of ISPA’s 2020 footwear line, but it’s continuing its run in 2021 with a new teal-soled colorway.Though this ISPA features a somewhat wild color combo, it’s simply dubbed “Black” on Nike SNKRS. Strange moniker aside, the “Black” features an ultra-thin gray and black upper, made from synthetic materials. Laces boast repeating ISPA branding, while hits of maroon and gold appear around the collar. Mesh cut-outs can be seen on the lateral and medial sides alike. On the latter, this stripped-back detail is surrounded by a teal TPU circle that drops down into the teal midsole, providing a touch of Air Presto-like arch support with its own debossed ISPA hit. These sharply-carved midsoles are made entirely of React foam and are elongated towards the heel, where another TPU shank provides a finishing dash of stability. The Nike ISPA Flow 2020 “Black” is set to release on Nike SNKRS come August 31. Its MSRP is set at $180 USD. If you prefer a slightly less technical look when it comes to your Swoosh sneakers, be sure to peep official images of the Air Jordan 1 “Prototype.”

Our Legacy Decks the Camion Mule in “Caramel Hair on Hide”

Our Legacy outdid itself for Fall 2021, taking staples and traditional pieces to entirely new heights by utilizing materials, construction, and prints, and now some of the season’s greatest footwear has dropped online — notably, the Camion Mule in “Caramel Hair on Hide.”While the Camion Mule is not a new silhouette for the Swedish imprint, it has seldom appeared in iterations as playful, luxe, or wild as the one you see above. Crafted from Italian leather with hair on hide, the shoe is presented in its most luxurious form to date with details such as an Italian buckle strap appearing with a shiny silver buckle decorating the upper.A stacked Kilger leather midsole from Germany has been fitted underneath and is lined with the U.S.A.-made Vibram outsole, which offers durability and traction to the otherwise smooth bottom. A full caramel-hued leather lining with Our Legacy-embossed branding decks out the interior of the mule, while meticulous tonal stitching can be found sparingly around the collar and on the strap. Our Legacy’s Camion Mule in “Caramel Hair on Hide” for Fall 2021 can be seen above and bought from the Our Legacy website (or its physical stores) now for £350 GBP (approx. $479 USD).For more luxe footwear, check out the latest from Daniel Arsham x Suicoke.
