Ahead of the upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend, Kevin Durant and Nike are releasing a string of new colorway’s in the Brooklyn Nets’ signature silhouettes. Bringing back a classic, the Nike KD 3 “All-Star” which was first released in February 2011, is making a retro return in 2023. The shoe was originally worn by KD in the 2011 NBA All-Star Game and is now returning just in time for this year’s game in its OG challenge red, white and black color scheme. The shoe arrives in a mixture of materials including synthetic leather, mesh and Flywire. The red synthetic cover covers most of the upper, while white highlights the Swoosh and black detailing accented the midsole. Other features include KD-branded tongues that sit atop a red translucent outsole that rounds out the design.
