Nike Is Bringing Back the LeBron 4 “Graffiti” for a Wider Release

Back in 2006, Nike and LeBron James hosted a special pop-up activation in SoHo, New York for the release of a limited-edition sneaker: the Nike LeBron 4 “Graffiti.” Only 250 pairs were released to the public, making it one of The King’s most exclusive launches at the time. However, the Swoosh’s basketball team has elected to reissue the kicks at a larger scale during the 2023 holiday season. All of the shoe’s original design cues will be brought back. Its curvy base layer comes split between a duo of curvy panels, the first which resides in the middle of the base and comes styled in all-white while the second lies below and is completely covered in graffiti-inspired graphics Collars of the court-ready kicks are fashioned in black and are designed with angelic Swooshes and “University Red” trim, the latter of which matched up with James’ Cleveland Cavaliers threads at the time.Nike actually revisited the “Graffiti” theme back in 2017 as it engineered multiple LeBron 17 colorways with the same presentation, and this may have been the foreshadowing moment that its muse was eventually going to get brought back to the frontlines. You can likely expect these to launch via Nike and select retailers later in the year for $240 USD.In other news, Yoon Ahn just teased a new AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 in white.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
