Hot off the heels of its sustainably-crafted “Undyed” sneaker pack, Japanese sportswear label Mizuno is gearing up to present the latest iteration of its Wave Prophecy LS silhouette. Pulled from the brand’s extensive footwear records, the design takes inspiration from the Wavy Prophecy 8 and borrows select elements for an ultra-modern look. Decked out in a premium build, the diverse runner sees durable canvas underlays fashioned in a delicate beige palette. The previous sits beneath “Fallen Rock” suede trimmings that adorn the toe boxes, medials, heel counters, and lace eyelets in a swerving manner. The profiles are enhanced by a creamy ribcage design that shields the foot while in motion, alongside protective heel guards that melt into the footbeds. Tinted Mizuno “Runbird” logos add a dash of contrast, while blue branding at the lower laces, tongues, and rears complete the uppers. Finally, the offering draws to a close with full-length Infinity Wave midsoles that suspend its top half in mid-air. The latest iteration of Mizuno’s Wave Prophecy LS will be available to shop via select British retailers, including Flannels, Wellgosh and more for £225 GBP (approximately $254 USD). In other footwear news, the Nike Dunk Low “Mars Stone” receives an on-foot look. Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
