There’s plenty of newness from Salomon to be excited about. The French sports equipment manufacturing company just underwent its first visual rebrand in 12 years and debuted a new MM6 Maison Margiela collaboration at Milan Fashion Week, and now it has just announced its newest Quest Low collaboration alongside Gr10k.The new offering is a hybrid type silhouette that explores the synergy between tactical design language and urban exploration. In the brand’s words, it’s a “a tactical boot for non-tactical scenarios.” The base layer is mostly fitted in black to nod to the all-terrain ghost of 90s grunge cultural spheres. Sitting adjacent to that are gray laces tightened by a toggle as well as mud brown interior mesh liners, throat banners and toe caps. Down below, the kicks are supported with Salomon’s 4D Advanced Chassis and All Terrain Contagrip technologies which provide wearers with premium grip when zooming through wet and rugged landscapes.Interested in purchasing a pair? The Gr10k x Salomon Quest Low is slated to launch on September 27 via Salomon and select retailers. For other news, Salomon’s RX Slide Leather Advanced has just been released on HBX.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
