Flowers for Society is a UK-based footwear brand bringing together the extensine worlds of sneakers and NFTs.The label’s mechanism is simple: purchase its debut Seed.ONE sneaker and in turn receive a personalised NFT which will be the key to all future brand releases. This means that only those who own the NFT can get their hands on future limited edition releases and collaborations, also meaning it becomes more valuable over time.“Nowadays it’s become almost impossible to get the releases or the sneakers you really want,” explains the brand’s founder Till Jagla. “We as a team observed the crypto and sneaker markets closely and always came back to the conclusion: combining the two markets by having a physical sneaker brand based on tech”.On where Jagla envisages Flowers for Society within an already-congested market: “I truly believe the brand will become a safe space for collectors, sneakerheads and even the NFT community,” he says. “We want to make people feel again and hope our metaverse will be based on values, storytelling and products that really make a difference”.
