In December, LeBron James was spotted teasing an upcoming FaZe Clan x Nike Basketball collaboration. Now, it’s been officially announced as a collaborative take on the Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen. The first time the two parties have come together, the duo makes more sense than it may seem as James’ oldest son — Bronny — joined FaZe Clan in 2020.The shoe itself features a black and red color palette that draws from what FaZe Clan creative director Jay “JVY” Richardson describes as “the analogy that just like motherboards buried underneath the shell of technology, all great talent comes from beneath, and we all use different internal functions to power us as athletes and gamers.” Wire-like patterning covers the upper as the collective’s logo appears at the tongue and the Swooshes are presented a in holographic form.Look for FaZe Bronny and the Sierra Canyon crew to rock the shoe tonight against Notre Dame at 11pm EST. For those interested in grabbing their own pair, a release via Nike and FaZe Clan has been scheduled for March 9 in North America.
