Closer Look at the fragment design x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High OG “Black/White”

Name: fragment design x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High OG “Black/White”Colorway: Black/WhiteSKU: II7282-100MSRP: $200 USDRelease Date: Spring 2026Where to Buy: NikeUpdate: fragment design, Union LA, and Jordan Brand are poised to dominate headlines for nearly an entire year as we continue to prepare for the trio’s Air Jordan 1 High OGs to drop. We’re back this week with a closer look at what to expect from the “Black/White” pair. While the iconic fragment thunderbolt returns to the lateral heel and Union’s Frankenstein’d collar is present, there’s plenty more collaborative detailing to note. Black text nodding to the project is present at not only the lateral midsole, but beneath the medial Swoosh as well. From there, a co-branded sockliner detailing its special elements rounds out the design. Look out for it to drop next spring at a starting price of $200 USD alongside the other two colorways and take a complete look at the sneaker via the gallery embedded below. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Stephan Acosta (@holy_stephan)Update: A forthcoming fragment design x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 project has kept sneakerheads waiting for next year as teasers have continued to trickle out. Hiroshi Fujiwara was spotted wearing a “Black/White” pair back in April and now another early look at the design has surfaced. An in-hand preview of the pair sees the shoe updated with a white fragment design logo at the lateral heel, replacing what looked to be a tonal version in black. We remain without any confirmation of its release details, however, the colorway is currently expected to drop next spring via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $200 USD so stay tuned for updates. View this post on Instagram A post shared by HYPEBEAST (@hypebeast)Original Story: This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1. While Jordan Brand is not holding back with its celebration of the model, releasing a mix of beloved classics and exciting new looks throughout the year, one upcoming collaboration has brought attention to 2026.What sounded like a far-fetched rumor last year became reality as a fragment design x Union LA x Air Jordan 1 surfaced this year in a familiar black, white, and blue. Now, a second pair from the new trio has surfaced courtesy of Hiroshi Fujiwara, who was spotted in a “Black/White” version of the sneaker. Our limited first glance at the pair sees it feature black and white color blocking, midsole text at the lateral, collar stitching à la Union LA’s previous AJ1s, and fragment design’s thunderbolt logo stamped at the lateral heel.At the time of writing, neither Hiroshi Fujiwara, Union LA, nor Jordan Brand have discussed their forthcoming Air Jordan 1 campaign. Stay tuned for additional updates, including a complete look at the shoes, and look out for both this unreleased “Black/White” colorway and its blue counterpart to arrive on shelves next spring via Nike SNKRS and select retailers. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Hiroshi Fujiwara (@fujiwarahiroshi) View this post on Instagram A post shared by Le Syndrome (@le.syndrome)

Yuto Horigome to Outfit Nike SB’s New Air Force 1 Low

Name: Yuto Horigome x Nike SB Air Force 1 Low (speculative mock-up pictured above)Colorway: White/Iron Grey/White/Coconut Milk/Washed Coral/Photon DustSKU: IO8439-100MSRP: TBCRelease Date: Fall 2026Where to Buy: NikeThe Nike SB team has been expanding its footwear rotation by not only introducing new models, but SB-oriented remakes of classic sneakers. It first dropped its version of the Air Jordan 4 in 2023 and most recently presented an SB-approved Air Max 95. Looking ahead to next year, we still expect a Nike SB Air Force 1 Low to drop.A sample SB Air Force 1 Low was spotted last year and now another rumor report from Sneaker Market RO further backs the idea that it will be arriving on shelves in 2026. Adding to the list of launches to look forward to next year, the sneaker insiders have noted that Yuto Horigome will be dropping his own version of the SB Air Force 1 Low. While we lack a first look at the pair, the speculative mock-up pictured above offers an idea of what to expect. Gray and white cover a majority of the sneaker with Nike SB branding at the heel and outsole. Horigome’s cross-feather logo is also a likely inclusion on the sneaker, likely at the lateral heel like his SB Dunk Lows.At the time of writing, neither Yuto Horigome nor Nike SB have indicated that a collaborative Air Force 1 Low is in the works. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the rumored pair, as we currently expect it to arrive during Nike’s fall quarter via Nike SNKRS and select skate shops.
