adidas’ Gazelle has had a busy few months. The classic silhouette has explored various avenues of different colorways and collaborations with the likes of Sean Wotherspoon and Gucci, but now adidas is back with a new solo iteration of the shoe in a “Shadow Olive” and “Impact Yellow” colorway. This new Gazelle throws things back to its first-ever edition in 1991 and takes inspiration from life at music festivals and on the camping grounds. But when first meeting the eye, some comparisons could be made to adidas’ Madrid shoe from the brand’s “City” series with its earthy tones giving a protective layer against muddy landscapes. For the new adidas Gazelle, a “Shadow Olive” hue has been used across the soft leather upper, while the translucent “Gum” colored outsole has been used to give the shoe a textured finish. The “Impact Yellow” color scheme has been used on the customary Three Stripes alongside more adidas branding. Yellow is also used on the adidas Trefoil, complemented by the “Shadow Olive” laces that are integrated with a textile lining and tight lace closures. You can have a closer look at the new adidas Gazelle in “Shadow Olive” and “Impact Yellow” above and it is now available on the official adidas website for $100 USD.In other footwear news, take an on-foot look at the adidas YEEZY 450 “Utility Black.”Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
