Nike Dresses the Air Huarache Runner in “Olive”

First appearing just over a month ago, the Nike Air Huarache Runner is one of the Swoosh’s newest silhouettes on the market. Revisiting the Air Huarache, the Runner variant is a modern approach to the shoe, taking notes from trendy mixed-material sneakers. Recently, it made its retail debut in three colorways, including “Anthracite” and “Triple White.”Now, as Nike starts to preview its fall-oriented products, an “Olive” colorway has emerged. Again, mesh, leather and suede combine for a breathable finish that offers plenty of space for a multitude of green hues to get involved. A waterskiing-inspired synthetic layer forms around the foot with “Olive” notes stacked atop each other at the upper. Bits of white peek out at the various branding elements, matching the clean midsole, while a darker green hits the cage, leather underlays and rubber outsole. At the time of writing, Nike has not disclosed any release details pertaining to the Air Huarache Runner “Olive.” However, with the silhouette recently hitting shelves in its launch colorways, you can expect this pair to be appearing in the coming weeks via Nike and select retailers at a price of $140 USD.In case you missed it, the Hypebeast team has assembled a list of the top 10 “What The” releases from Nike, ranging from the OG SB Dunk Low “What The Dunk” to the charity auction-exclusive SB Dunk High “What The Doernbecher.”

The Nike Zoom Freak 5 Appears in “Oreo” and “Triple White”

At the end of last month, Nike offered an official look at Giannis Antetokounmpo’s newest signature shoe, the Zoom Freak 5. While the brand has yet to officially announce the shoe, it has already touched down on shelves in its “Keep It A Buck” and “Made in Sepolia” colorways. Now, it has surfaced in two additional looks as part of the shoe’s initial rollout.Absent of color, both the “Oreo” and “Triple White” finishes offer monochromatic makeovers on the new silhouette. First, the “Oreo” pair is a clever nod to the superstar’s love for the cookie, blending black and white throughout the pair. The colorway’s uppermost segment favors black with the remainder of the shoe leaning primarily on white. As for its “Triple White” rendition, the pair sticks to the basics with the blank hue covering the entirety of the sneaker, matching the upcoming Kobe 8 Protro for Kobe Day.Hang tight as Nike has not yet disclosed any release information regarding the Nike Zoom Freak 5 “Oreo” and “Triple White.” It’s likely to hit shelves in the coming weeks via Nike and select Nike Basketball retailers at a price of $140 USD.For more of the latest updates from the always-busy world of sneakers, the Nike Dunk High has popped up in what may be a Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Reverse Mocha”-inspired colorway.
