Salomon Lights up the Night With Its PULSAR REFLECTIVE ADVANCED Runner

Salomon is a true footwear innovator — from capitalizing on trends to designing pairs like the PULSAR ADVANCED, the brand knows how to capture the spirit of its audience and deliver them something they cannot say “no” to. That’s where Salomon’s PULSAR REFLECTIVE ADVANCED comes in, the latest sustainably-minded shoe to come from Salomon’s design team. The new trio arrives in “Plum Kitten/Ashes Of Roses/Gull,” “Black/Black/Reflective Silver,” and “Olive Night/Alfalfa/Deep Lichen Green,” and all take on the form of the aforementioned PULSAR ADVANCED. As a result, the shoe features the much-loved performance-focused mixture of highly resistant Matryx® and synthetic yarns, a stretch knitted tongue, and that proprietary energyFOAM sole unit all appearing as expected. And, as you might have suspected by now, the new style also comes with the addition of reflective threads woven into the uppers, which will help you be seen at night as flashes of light catch the sneaker. The Salomon PULSAR REFLECTIVE ADVANCED retails for $210 USD and it will be available from August 1 via Salomon’s website and plenty of international stockists. Take a closer look at the style above. In case you missed it, check out this week’s issue of Sole Mates.

Nike Shox TL Resurfaces in Stealthy “Black/Grey” Colorway

In 2019, the Nike Shox TL collaborated with COMME des GARÇONS as a reworked iteration of the retro silhouette. Since then, the shoe has had a resurgence in popularity, now releasing in an all-new stealthy colorway for the Fall season.Looking back to the basics, Nike is keeping it simple, set to release the Shox TL in a black and grey neutral colorway. The shoe is mostly constructed in black mesh with leather accents around the heel and tongues. A grey gradient is used to highlight the TPU caging while the toggle lacing is seen in black and white. The grey blends into the shox highlight of the sole that runs the length of the shoe. The Swoosh branding on the lateral is highlighted in a silver grey, matching the accents on the eyelets and toe box.It is uncertain when this particular colorway of the Nike Shox TL will arrive but it is set to release later this year at select retailers and online at Nike for $170 USD.In case you missed it, Nike Air Huarache runner arrives in “Olive.”
