PUMA and Breanna Stewart Reveal Third Stewie 2 Colorway

PUMA Hoops has teamed up yet again with WNBA player Breanna Stewart, for a third iteration of her Stewie 2 signature sneaker — this time with water as the theme accompanied by an apparel collection.The latest addition, the “Stewie 2 Water,” continues the elements of nature story proceeded by her Earth collection, which is meant to represent the flow of Stewart’s game as well as her general lifestyle PUMA shared. Technical aspects of the shoe include monomesh layers for support, PWR TAPE structures for stability, a TPU caged formstrip for durability and PUMA’s signature nitro-infused foam technology.As for aesthetics, the latest pair from the two-time champ features various hues of blue like aqua, teal and marine, as well as a wave or marble print prominently presented on the mesh upper. Other details include “Stewie” branding at the tongue and heels of the shoe.Releasing alongside a complete apparel capsule, the “Stewie 2 Water” is set at a retail price of $125 USD and will be available for purchase on PUMA’s official site starting August 4.In other footwear news, the Crenshaw Skate Club x Nike SB Dunk Low is said to be coming sooner than expected.

Another J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 is Coming Next Year

Colombian artist J Balvin has brought his signature flow to Jordan Brand throughout the decade, ushering in collaborations on both the Air Jordan 1 and 2. Earlier this year, he went on to reveal that he’s continuing the numerical sequence by taking on the Air Jordan 3 with a “Medellín Sunset” colorway that he provided Hypebeast an exclusive look at in June. Now, while that pair is gearing up for its launch in September, reputable sneaker leakers @zsneakerheadz and @sneakerfiles have revealed that a second colorway of the AJ3 is being prepared by the duo.Nicknamed and designed as an homage to Balvin’s firstborn son Rio, the “Rio” colorway’s specifics have not yet been confirmed. However, the color arrangement of “Black/Solar Flare/Total Crimson Abyss” has been shared, indicating that Balvin will be continuing his streak of Air Jordans with exciting splashes of color.While release for the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Medellín Sunset” is set for this September, the “Rio” colorway is expected to touch down on shelves during the summertime of 2024. A majority of the upper half appears to be dressed up with a brighter beige hue while the oversized “AIR” logos that are pasted to the lateral and medial walls come doused in a bold yellow hue. Solid black accents also come into play here as they drop off on the Swooshes that appear on the toe boxes heels, the midsole units and the interior liners.
