Over recent years, New Balance has been able to maintain strong momentum with its ever-growing arsenal of footwear designs. By aligning itself with a variety of different collaborators across a wide range of silhouettes, the American sportswear brand is continuing to garner attraction by producing a high consistency of clean and versatile colorways. In line with the latter, one of the silhouettes that’s continuing to push the tempo is the New Balance 991, and it is arriving in a green colorway under its Made in U.K. umbrella. This newest installment is gearing up for fall with its earthy-colored base aligning itself with the seasonal transition at the end of summer. For the upper build, the majority is constructed from mesh underlays while a blend of green leather sits above. Other layers throughout the design are taken up by suede paneling that is spread around the toe boxes, across the mid-foot, and heels, all of which are coated in the same green hue. The laces come with a rope-like texture and are touched up with the same murky tone, while lighter shades of white are used on the highlighted New Balance 991 branding on the tongue, lateral mid-panel, and rear heel. You can have a closer look at the latest New Balance 991 “Made in U.K.” above and it is available in retailers such as 43einhalb Sneaker Store from August 17 for €229.95 (approx. $235 USD).In other footwear news, Nike has unveiled a duo of safari-themed Dunk Low colorways.
