Last year, news of the Jordan Brand’s most coveted hiking boots, the Air Jordan 9 Boot NRG arriving in “Black Gum” made quite the headlines when it was announced to be a fall staple for the season. Now, after the success of the silhouette’s return, the footwear company is reviving another popular color for the silhouette for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2022 season. Initially, the “Beef and Broccoli” colorway landed in retailers in October 2018. The comeback hiking boot made for maintaining style in tough terrains arrives dressed in a military brown, legion green, university red, and black color scheme. The rugged shoe makes it perfect for the colder weather and harsher weather conditions that may involve trekking through snowy grounds. The AJ9 is constructed with green, brown and black suede upper and medial sole equipped with a water-resistant coating for the adventurous wearer. The shoe is highlighted with its rope laces and metal eyelets and rubber outsole to round out the shoe. Varsity red branding can be seen on the Air Jordan tag on the tongue and the Jumpman logo on the lateral heel. The Air Jordan 9 Boot NRG “Beef and Broccoli” is set to arrive just in time for the colder weather this season. Look out for the pair coming to select retailers and on Nike in the coming weeks for $225 USD.In other footwear news, the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Slate” has an official release date.

Closer Look at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 CMPCT V2 “Slate Bone”

Down south, the ribbed midsoles are also formed with a milky tint, and they come packed with ample BOOST cushioning for a responsive and comfy ride.Peep a further look at the pair above, and expect these to land on the shelves come October for the standard $230 USD price point. In other news, an adidas adiFOM Q “Black/Orange” colorway has been revealed.
GOAT and Division Street to Auction Off 400 Pairs of the Air Jordan 8 “Oregon” PEs
Jordan Brand tends to show love to the several colleges that it sponsors, but one can argue that in terms of volume of exclusive colorways, its hometown University of Oregon gets geared up the most. The home of the Ducks has been treated with several player exclusives that include models such as the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 7 and more, and this season, Tinker Hatfield has worked with the Eugene-based institution to bring to life a duo of Air Jordan 8 “Oregon” iterations. The legendary designer has fashioned “Gorge Green” and “Pure Platinum” installments, and in rare fashion, both will be auctioned off to the public via GOAT and Division Street to benefit the school’s hard-working student-athletes. School pride is shown off through the Oregon-inspired accents that appear on each pair, as well as the Ducks logo now appears on the chenille-infused tongues and the repetitive “Oregon Ducks” text that shows face on the medial side’s overlays.400 pairs of the Tinker-designed makeups will be available for bidding via GOAT starting on August 24 at 10am PDT, and the raffle is set to close on August 26 at 11:59pm PDT.In case you missed it, the Air Jordan 1 Elevate High “Varsity Red” has been revealed.
