Haribo’s PUMA Suede Triplex Is for the Sweet-Toothed Only

German confectionery company Haribo and the sportswear giant PUMA follow up on their Street Rider and CA Pro collaboration from May with yet another reworked sneaker, this time around taking on the Suede Triplex.Served up in a sweet mix of “Mimosa/Whisper White,” the Suede is — naturally — crafted mostly from lush suede on the upper. However, there are a number of unique touches that make this pair stand out aside from the Haribo affiliation, with elements such as the PUMA stripe being made from a mixture of metallic silver leather, white rubber, and a transparent gummy material, that come together through the use of white stitching.The branding leads your eye to the rear, where you’ll find a gummy holographic tab on the heel housing Haribo’s signature gummy bear character/sweet icon. The confectionary brand’s genuine logo of a suited-up gummy bear graces the leather tongue, while PUMA branding on the heel (joined by Haribo’s slogan on the midsole) round out the shoe’s look.Priced at €100 EUR (approx. $120 USD), the Haribo x PUMA Suede Triplex can be purchased now over on Sivasdescalzo. Collegium’s Pillar “Destroyer High” Is Dropping in “Black/Red” and “Black/Blue”

Expanding on this, Sisombath says, “The mission, to create our own rotation of reimagined sneakers and to retain that community/analog feeling, which we loved so much. This collection for us was what started it all. Everyone has a story of the shoe that got them in the game, for us these were it, and we had to do it one time. In honor of the golden era of sneakers and in honor of our own personal journey in sneakers, we present you these.”By looking back on the golden era of sneakers, the Pillar “Destroyer High” comes with slightly yellowed sole units that incorporate Collegium’s signature Margom natural rubber outsoles, as well as the very best leather around. The Italian calfskin uppers are crispy clean yet buttery, which means over time they should develop a natural patina to match the already aged midsoles.Other high-end elements come in the form of removable PU insoles and luxurious waxed Italian cotton laces.
