Nike’s classic Air Structure is going through a resurgence. Just after releasing the “Grey Fog/Black” and “Black/Smoke Grey” colorways earlier this month, the footwear giant has offered another take on the silhouette: “Metallic Summit White.”One of this shoe’s most striking features is the blue geometric panels that appear along the rear quarter and forefoot. These details are complemented by bright infrared accents at the heel and tongue, while the rest of the uppers are built with monochromatic materials. A black leather Swoosh at the sidewalls and an articulated midsole round off the shoe’s bold design.Nike’s Air Structure “Violet” is currently available on the label’s website for $120 USD.In case you missed it, here’s an official look at Nike’s Air Max 90 “Signal Blue.”

amongst few Builds Cactus Grow House to Celebrate Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki”
Travis Scott’s next sneaker — the Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki” — is soon releasing, and much of the footwear world has been sent into a spin hoping they’ll cop the highly anticipated sneaker. To celebrate the release, Dubai’s premium streetwear and lifestyle brand amongst few has turned its barbershop (which sits inside its 5,000 sqft store) into a cactus grow house, aptly coined “AL AMONGST FEW CACTUS LLC.”Inside this installation space, you’ll be surrounded by various species of cacti that are all housed in Jumpman logo-adorned pots, Air Jordan 6-shaped vases, and other growing vessels that are kept under a bold, bright green luminous neon light-filled atmosphere. All around you are reminders that this is to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the AJ6 and to nod to the upcoming Travis Scott collaboration, as hanging cages filled with La Flame’s previous work fills the room alongside neons reading “Cactus Jack,” mirrors covered in the artist’s signature logo, and other well-themed oddities.Naturally, the AJ6 “British Khaki” is also on display, sitting atop shoe boxes and musical paraphernalia that once again, nods to Scott’s work. amongst few will be showcasing its installation inside its flagship store from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time, and is also currently holding a raffle for those who’d like to be in with a chance of purchasing the coveted Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 “British Khaki,” which is set to release on April 30 for $250 USD/د.إ1249.00 AEDTake a look at the installation above, and head over to amongst few’s website for all the necessary raffle information. In case you missed it, here are this week’s biggest footwear drops.amongst fewBahwan Complex,Villa 3, Al Wasl Road 966,Umm Suqueim 1,Dubai,United Arab Emirates
New Balance Tokyo Design Studio Modifies the 574 With Ridged Soles
For the early months of 2021, the New Balance Tokyo Design Studio honed in on pushing out collaborative footwear pieces including a RC_2 iteration with AURALEE and a RC_4 Mid variation with Snow Peak. And Japan-based entity is set to roll out more sneakers this Spring under its general release lineup, one of which is this new 574 that’s been revamped with ridged outsoles. Most of the traditional base layer materials of the 1980s classic are carried over, but the biggest difference to call point on this installment is that the N logos on the lateral and medial panels have been tossed out. Sultry suede overlays are drenched in a muted gray hue, and paired up with khaki mesh underlays and off-white accents that are sprinkled to the lateral heel overlays and rear molds. Stacked below this is a three-toned midsole and toothy outsole, the latter of which is formed with a gum finish to string together its elevated aesthetic.Dropping alongside the kicks is a full range of garment-dyed apparel pieces. The collection is comprised of cozier pieces such as a pullover hoodie, baby blue tee for those warm Summer days in the park, gray sweatpants and a range of socks.A global launch is going down on May 7 via T-HOUSE & select retailers.
