In honor of the country’s semiquincentennial, Durango Boots is introducing a limited-edition, red-white-and-blue, flag-themed America 250 Collection. The style is built on Durango’s popular Rebel and Lady Rebel silhouettes, which are also festooned with stars and stripes, but the embroidery on the newcomers is inspired by America’s first flag.
The shank features a semi-circle of white stars on a blue background (a nod to the circle of 13 stars on the 18th-century OG flag) surrounding a white 1776. The boots also have a “250” hangtag, translucent rubber outsoles with a patriotic design, and a commemorative gold 1776 bottle opener and key chain in every box.
“The America 250 Collection is a tribute to the legacy of the American West and the patriotism that unites us,” says Erin DeLong, marketing director for Durango Boots. “From the ranch to the rodeo to everyday life, these boots embody independence, heritage, and the hardworking spirit that defines America.”
