Dearfoams has appointed of Patricia (Patty) Cho as Vice President, Head of Brand Marketing. In this role, Cho will lead the leading slippers brand’s marketing strategy and execution, reporting directly to Justine Suh, president. She will be based in parent company RG Barry Brands’ Boston office.
A seasoned marketing executive with more than two decades of experience, Cho brings a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing brands across household names such as SharkNinja, Reebok, iRobot, and Staples. Most recently, as vice president of Brand Marketing at SharkNinja, she built the brand marketing function from the ground up—launching category-defining products, expanding global reach, and driving significant growth across a $1.1 billion portfolio.

During her time at SharkNinja, Cho led major product launches including Shark’s first successful entry into robotic vacuums, the $60-million debut of the Ninja Foodi Grill and Shark’s first premium cordless vacuum—efforts that helped grow stick vacuum market share from 25% to 32% in just one year. She pioneered Shark’s cross-channel media measurement strategy and introduced creative reinvention efforts that doubled the brand’s unaided awareness.
Prior to SharkNinja, Cho served as head of Global Advertising, Planning & Media at Reebok, where she led campaigns for breakout product lines like EasyTone and ZigTech, contributing to over 10 million units sold globally. She also launched Reebok Sweets and secured high-impact partnerships with Mattel and Hasbro.
Beyond traditional marketing roles, Cho has played key leadership roles in M&A integration, global go-to-market strategies, and DTC business planning through her consultancy, Westvale Associates. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics, cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A Board Member for Good Sports, Inc., she has also been recognized throughout her career with numerous industry awards for marketing innovation and leadership.
