Die hard fans of the Air Jordan 1 will have plenty of reasons to rejoice in 2022 as Jordan Brand has a plethora of new colorways in the pipeline. One of the iterations that will be introduced to the market this year is the Air Jordan 1 High “Anodized,” and it has just been previewed by WNBA hooper Dearica Hamby.Very seldom will you see the AJ 1 High get outfitted with wildly-styled uppers or gradient color schemes, but this forthcoming rendition is fitted with exactly that. A majority of the base layer is enhanced with an anodized exterior – which means the surface has been filtered through an electrochemical process that makes the material more durable and less susceptible to corrosion. Across the quarters, overlays and collars, you’ll find most of the real estate swathed in vibrant hues of green, teal and blue. Solid black accents sit adjacent but landing on the Swooshes, laces, tongues and toe boxes for some darker contrasting. More gradient elements come through on the midsoles as well as the outer is covered in a blend of blue and purple hits.No release info has been given out at this time, but you can likely expect Nike to drop these in the coming months. For other sneaker news, official images of the Air Jordan 1 High 85 “Georgetown” have emerged.Click here to view full gallery at HYPEBEAST
