In her latest shoot with photographer Tal Abudi, Gal Gadot was seen donning a pair of Redesigning Human Uniform (RHU) Multicolor Running Shoes paired with oversized suiting. The RHU project is the brainchild of RHUDE and Bally Creative Director Rhuigi Villaseñor who works with ZARA to produce affordable apparel and accessories that bring street culture and contemporary designs to the “fast fashion” realm — not dissimilar to what UNIQLO has been doing with its UT series currently lead by graphic artist Kosuke Kawamura. However, instead of just producing collaborative graphic tees, RHU produces head-to-toe fits from varsity jackets and printed trousers tote bags, and footwear, offering an all-rounded entry level into the world of RHUDE. Reminiscent of retro runners, the six-eyed daily trainers are found in a mesh base with silver metallic faux-leather overlays and bright teel inner lining. RHU branding is imprinted on the tongue, pull tabs are secured on the heels and treaded soles round out the look. The Zara x RHUIGI Multicolor Running Shoes are now available via Zara’s website and select locations. 在 Instagram 查看這則貼文 Gal Gadot(@gal_gadot)分享的貼文Elsewhere, here’s an exclusive first look at the FW23 Martine Rose x Nike Shox MR4.

GALLERY DEPT.’s “Good Luck” Vans Old Skool Collaboration Is Distressed and Overbranded
GALLERY DEPT. is no stranger to the world of footwear collaborations as it has previously teamed up with French luxury fashion house Lanvin in the past, and now it’s slated to toss itself back into the collaborative ring for a team-up with Vans. Revealed by Josué Thomas — the artist and designer that helms GALLERY DEPT — the “Good Luck” Vans Old Skools are outfitted with distressed and text-heavy details.All-over print lands across the side panels. Inspiration behind the collaboration has yet to be unearthed, but the various phrases that can be spotted include that of “Fine Drinks,” “Computer Crimes,” “Earth Crisis” and “Panic” eliciting feelings of chaos. The thick laces are backdropped in yellow and decorated with the phrase “Good Luck” in a repeating fashion. Toe boxes and heel overlays arrive with the standard black suede, and the jazz stripes have been modified with a fuzzy red fabric. Down below, the midsoles appear as if they’ve been scuffed up over time, and they come with upside-down GALLERY DEPT. branding that starts from the forefoot and wraps around the heels. No release info has been announced yet, but you can likely expect these to drop sometime during the Spring/Summer 2023 season.Elsewhere in sneakers, Awake NY and Vans recently rolled out an Old Skool collaboration.
New Balance Dresses Its Waterproof Rainer Sneaker in “Turtledove”
New Balance has just presented its latest iteration of the Rainer silhouette in an understated “Turtledove” colorway — and it serves as a follow-up to the Rainer’s latest collaboration with Aime Leon Dore. It’s no secret that New Balance has various unique models packed away in its archive — such as the 9060 and 650 — however the Rainer sneaker is designed to serve a different purpose than the everyday wardrobe rotator. For example, the shoe is an updated version of an iconic 1982 trail shoe and it’s designed to be able to take on off-road terrains and long outdoor excursions.Crafted from breathable GORE-TEX fabrications, the sneaker’s waterproof outer is also complemented by Vibram outsole that’s designed to provide additional grip on the trails. For the overall design, the Rainer is dressed in different shades of cream, while the paneled detailing sets the foundations for a neutral N logo on the lateral side.Additionally, the collars are fitted with smooth leather and are once again covered in the same “Turtledove” hue. To round everything off, the sole pieces come accessorized in all-over speckles. You can take a closer look at the latest New Balance Rainer above and it is available now on the official New Balance website for £150 (approx. $170 USD).In other footwear news, take a look at the New Balance 550 “Incense.”
