JJJJound Is Coming Out With a Crocs Collaboration

JJJJound has seemingly teamed up with every brand in the footwear industry, from Reebok to Salomon. The Montreal-based design studio has now scratched another name off its list, announcing that it’ll be releasing a Crocs collaboration.Slated to debut during Fall/Winter 2023, JJJJound took to Instagram to reveal the partnership with a snap of the forthcoming shoe. It’s essentially one of Crocs’ Classic Clogs with “JJJJound” emblazoned across the strap. The name reads clearly when the strap is pushed towards the front of the shoe – what some Crocs wearers would call “relaxation mode” – but will appear upside down when in “sport mode.”While the photo only showed a white version of the Crocs, it’s possible the collaboration includes other colorways.Prior to unveiling this latest pair of kicks, JJJJound and Reebok revived their partnership for a monochromatic black Club C. Featuring a leather upper and a puffy nylon toe, that shoe is scheduled to drop on August 24 via the JJJJound website before it expands to the Reebok store the following week.Stay tuned for more details regarding the release of the JJJJound x Crocs collaboration. View this post on Instagram A post shared by JJJJound (@jjjjound)In other footwear news, PUMA and WNBA’s Breanna Stewart debuted the new Stewie 2 Fire.

PUMA and WNBA’s Breanna Stewart Debut New Stewie 2 Fire

PUMA has expanded its collaboration with the New York Liberty’s Breanna Stewart. In July, the brand unveiled a third colorway for her Stewie 2 signature sneaker, a bright mix of aqua, teal and marine, and an accompanying apparel capsule collection. The latest arrival is another take on the Stewie 2. Contrary to the ocean-inspired palette of the last shoe, the new Stewie 2 Fire is heating things up a notch.PUMA’s NITRO-infused midsole in a sunny yellow provides the basis for a black mesh body covered in an orange and red flame graphic. Emblazoned along the side of the sneaker are yellow-to-purple ombre slashes encircling a gray stripe logo.Holding it together is the brand’s sport-minded PWRTAPE reinforcements, while additional support comes in the form of a wraparound heel and a durable outsole.Along with the sneaker itself, the release will encompass a matching pullover hoodie. The Stewie Fire 2 will launch for $125 USD on September 9, available on the PUMA webstore, app and in-person at retail locations. In other footwear news, New Balance wrapped the 550 “Mushroom” with earthy hues.
