This year, Nike brought back the 1994 ACG Air Moc, first arriving in “Sail/Black” before releasing in “Rugged Orange” and “Black/Anthracite”. Earlier last month, Nike released the “Wheat” colorway which is presented with a suede finish. The ACG Air Moc now arrives in “Black/Leather.” The silhouette boasts a sleek, all-leather construction in a pitch-dark hue. The shoe is simple in design, but allows for a custom fit with the toggle lacing system on the heel of the shoe. The lateral heel also features matching tonal branding in the form of a mini embroidered Swoosh. The shoe sits atop a rubber speckled outsole to round off the design.Look out for the Nike ACG Air Moc “Black Leather” arriving in the coming months at select retailers or online at Nike for $100 USD.In case you missed it, official look at the Air Jordan 1 MM High “Coconut Milk.”

In-Hand Look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Sky J Mauve”
Last week, Jordan Brand brewed up excitement for its upcoming releases with its fall 2023 retro collection preview. However, there’s much more to discover this year with this winter shaping up to be a crucial release period for the Jumpman. Adding to the list of releases to keep an eye on, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG has popped up in a new “Sky J Mauve” arrangement. In a brief preview of the pair, it’s revealed to leverage the classic colored overlays plus white base combination in leather. White coats the base neatly, complementing the key “Sky J Mauve” that spreads across the overlays and enlivens the laces and rubber outsole. While Nike has not yet announced its plans for the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Sky J Mauve,” a tentative release date of October 14 has been set. Look for it to land on shelves via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $180 USD. View this post on Instagram A post shared by ?? Kiki Grammatopoulos Crafted an Outsole That Sows Seeds as You Run
Kiki Grammatopoulos’ “Rewild the Run” project is an initiative that’s designed towards at fusing performance footwear with ecological consideration and shed light on broader environmentally-friendly projects. She’s crafted a special outsole that sows seeds as you move. It’s engineered with tiny hooks that latch onto dirt and plant matter to mimic the phenomenon of epizoochory — the process of seed transportation when attached to an animal’s fur. The outsoles are manufactured with a hefty build to form a sizable platform, and Grammatopoulos has attached it to a New Balance running sneaker. They come styled with an all-blue paint job and protrude outwards from the host sneaker’s base layer. With this project, she aims to democratize urban rewilding — the process of protecting an environment and returning it to its natural state — to the forefront. She wants her initiative to encourage others to implement more ecological considerations into design practices. She debuted this project during Milan Design Week this past Spring and has since created multiple forms of her product to equip other silhouettes like the Nike Zoom Vomero +5 and the Nike ISPA Overreact which can be viewed here below.
