Feng Chen Wang’s Crocs Collaboration Is Straight From the Future

Chinese-born, London-based designer Feng Chen Wang recently presented her Spring/Summer 2024 co-ed collection at Paris Fashion Week. Wang’s transformative offering expanded on her culture with natural references, giving us a sneak peek at an unexpected collaboration with Crocs. She has previously worked with Converse on two-in-one Chuck 70s slashed down the midpoint, uniting with Crocs for the first time to reimagine its classic footwear styles. The designer’s deconstructed identity reigns supreme, bringing a futuristic approach to Crocs’ Siren Clog and the Echo Clog silhouettes. Both pairs boast transformative designs that can be worn in multiple ways, with the latter receiving perforated black leather uppers with silver Feng Chen Wang pins and removable ankle cuffs for a boot-like effect. The heeled Siren Clog boasts jumbo-sized platform soles and strapped mid-foot detailing, converting into a knee-length biker boot with metallic heel lettering. CQP’s New RENNA Runners Arrive in Four Autumnal Colorways

CQP just released its latest RENNA running shoe, a functional and retro-inspired model that’s aimed for everyday wear in an urban setting.Imbued with aesthetic cues deriving from sports shoes from the ‘70s to ’90s, the RENNA exudes a retro appeal that doesn’t come across as dated. Dressed in soft Italian suede, the shoe boasts a luxe look and feel that comes with incredible comfort. Lined with CQP’s signature cognac calf leather, the uppers are also accented with different colored panels.Fitted with soles from Vibram, the RENNA is equipped with several layers of cushioning as well as leather shank board and arch support. First Look at the Nike Air Penny 2 “Baroque Brown”

Nike has unveiled the first look at the Air Penny 2 in the “Baroque Brown” colorway. The iconic design pays homage to NBA’s legendary Penny Hardaway and has been released in various hues including, “Atlantic Blue” and “Panda”.The retro high-top basketball shoe is set to arrive for the cooler months in a coconut milk, baroque brown, hemp, sesame and mystic red palette. The shoe comes dressed in a leather upper and mesh tongues in coconut milk while the tan nubuck mudguards and heel overlays complement the shoe as accents. the inner lining is in dark brown, as are the pull tabs, extended midsole and tongues. The added detailing of vibrant red is seen on the upper eyelets and underfoot traction. Nike basketball logos adorn the insoles while the Penny 1 Cent emblem is seen on the heels and tongues while the shoe sits atop a rubber outsole to round out the design.Look out for the Nike Air Penny 2 “Baroque Brown” arriving in select retailers and online at Nike for $200 USD later this year.In case you missed it, the Jordan Luka 2 “Lake Bled” has an official release date.
