Jordan Brand is becoming an increasingly omnipresent force in the golf space, finding a home among people who don’t adhere to the sport’s traditional dress code. At this point, pretty much all of the most popular Jordan retros have been converted into golf kicks, a transformation which includes waterproofing, reinforced cushioning and adding spikes or toothier traction patterns. One of the oft-used silhouettes has been the AJ1 Low G, which is available in a large variety of colorways, but now the high top variation is getting increased attention as well.The latest colorway to be rolled out is the AJ1 G “Bordeaux,” confirmed via official images. Just like the AJ6 Low G NRG which debuted last March, the kicks pay homage to Michael Jordan’s favorite wine region. As to be expected, the titular hue is the driving force behind this iteration, featuring prominently on the overlays, laces and outsoles. Layered underneath the overlays are panels of clean white leather while the Swooshes are treated with metallic silver, and then finally the Wings logos are comprised of translucent bubbles.If you’re looking to cop a pair, set a reminder for July 7, and note the official retail price of $180 USD.In other footwear news, the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Cacao Wow” has appeared in rich brown.

Since its 1983 creation, Nike’s Air Force 1 Low silhouette has been a brand mainstay for style and function – appearing in a range of colorways throughout the years. Now Nike is prepping the shoe of the fall/winter season with its new “Cacao Wow” colorway.As the name suggests, the shoe has been dipped in rich shades of brown, which cover the entirety of the women’s exclusive shoe. The upper takes the chocolatey shades in soft premium suede and is complemented by deep brown laces and a matching Nike Swoosh with white stitching. Brown is not the only hue on the AF1 Low as the inner lining appears in sandrift for a light-hued touch. Finishing off the silhouette is a speckled brown rubber sole and brown mesh tongues.Take a look at the shoes in the gallery above. This past week, Paris hosted the Spring/Summer 2024 fashion week, bringing together both international and local media from all over the world into the French fashion capital.This season saw a broad range of footwear choices that have arrived in vibrant hues for the summer season. Sneakers continue to be the top choice, focusing on comfort for the busy week. Attendees showed off their best street stye looks paired with some of the most sought-after technical high-end sneakers. When it comes to shoes, comfort and versatility are consistently a theme during fashion week. Balenciaga Runners and the Track Nylon, Mesh and Rubber sneakers have once again reigned supreme as the popular choice, while Dior’s technical futuristic boots and its highly anticipated Birkenstock also made an appearance quite a bit around the show and beyond. Classic everyday sneakers from Nike and New Balance were the popular choice. The COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Terminator High and the Nike x Stüssy Air Penny 2 in “Green/Black” were notable shoes from the Swoosh.
