Steph Curry Unveils His Curry 1 FloTro “Mother’s Day” Colorway

Stephen Curry is currently in the midst of a postseason battle for the ages as he takes on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers for the second round of the NBA Playoffs. And ahead of Game 3, the three-point marksman is calling our attention to his signature sneaker line with Under Armour to introduce the Curry 1 FloTro “Mother’s Day” colorway. The kicks serve as a love letter to his mother Sonya and his wife Ayesha.Uppers are formed with a breathable mesh base layer that’s doused in a muted gray hue while outlines of pink rose icons are laid on top to nod back to a Curry 2 “Mother’s Day” PE from 2016. This all-over pattern likely represents the four-time champion giving mothers their flowers for all the hard work, love and sacrifice that they put into raising their children. Loaded up inside the midsole units is Under Amour’s signature Flow cushioning for a responsive ride, and this is surrounded by a gradient “Hot Pink” to black midsole.Parties that are interested in adding these to their hoop rotation can do so on May 12 via the Curry Brand website. In case you missed it, Steph Curry received $75 Million USD worth of stock grant from Under Armour.
