Since appearing last year, Nike Basketball has outfitted Kevin Durant’s latest silhouette — the KD 15 — in over 20 colorways. Celebrating its run thus far, the Swoosh has assembled a commemorative “What The” presentation of the court-ready sneaker. Previously, this mismatched medley makeover has outfitted classics such as the SB Dunk Low and has even covered previous KD sneakers such as the KD 7.In this highly-detailed take on the KD 15, the pair sees 10 different colorways referenced in its presentation. The mismatched shoes share two things in common — the left cage replicates the “Psychic Purple” glow-in-the-dark look while the right favors the “B.A.D.” look in lavender.Focusing on the left shoe, its base draws from the “Aunt Pearl” colorway. Elsewhere, its tongue, laces and lining opt for the colorful “Beginnings” arrangement while the heel and heel tab take on the “Brooklyn Courts” look. The magenta-colored sockliner references the Boi-1da collaboration and sole unit combines the Cardo collaboration’s midsole and “All-Star” outsole.Pivoting to the right sneaker, “Psychic Purple” covers the base — complementing the “Aunt Pearl” tongue detailing. A nod to 9th Wonder’s partnership on the kicks appears at the lining and laces while Cardo’s pair pops up again at the heel and its tab. Wrapping things up, the “Aimbot” sole unit and “All-Star” sockliner offer final touches to the celebratory colorway. As of now, the only release information regarding Nike’s KD 15 “What The” is that it’ll be priced at $160 USD. Expect it to land on shelves in the coming months via the Swoosh and select Nike Basketball retailers. For more of the latest in footwear, Nike Basketball has officially revealed its latest silhouette — the Cosmic Unity 3.

Nike Hits Its Air Force 1 With Hues of Sweet “Fireberry”
Nike has just presented its classic Air Force 1 silhouette in a new and sweet “Fireberry” colorway as the footwear specialist continues to use one of its most coveted sneakers as a fun canvas for experimentation. From the fierce “ATL” and UNDEFEATED’s “Prime Pink” iterations to more luxurious pairs with the likes of Tiffany & Co., Billie Eilish, and AMBUSH, the Air Force 1 continues to keep its fans engaged and it’s now got to the point where it’s near impossible to predict what could come next. Now, Nike’s new “Fireberry” version of the shoe continues to move in the same unpredictable vein. As a whole, the sneaker shows similarities to the AMBUSH x Nike Dunk High “Cosmic Fuchsia” from 2021, however, this AF1 comes constructed with a full leather build, while its signature perforations on the toe box are hit with the same mesh fabrications that can be found on the tongues.Meanwhile, the sneaker’s upper is coated in bold “Fireberry,” with a lighter shade of pink used across the customary lateral Swooshes and heel branding. Rounding things off, matching tonal branding can be seen on the tongue labels, heel tabs, and insoles, while “Metallic Silver” lace dubraes sit atop the classic rubber outsole. You can take a closer look at the new “Fireberry” Air Force 1 above and they will be available to shop via the official Nike website and with select retailers in the coming months for $110 USD.In other footwear news, take a look at the Air Force 1 “Jade Ice.”
Jordan Brand’s Hex Mule Gets Brewed in “Cocoa Wow”
Following its initial reveal in February, Jordan Brand’s Hex Mule SP slide is ready to take the summer by storm with the debut of a tasty “Cocoa Wow” colorway. The architectural design introduces a new approach to classic open-toed footwear with squared outlines and futuristic energy. First revealed in “Light Silver” and a “Black” Billie Eilish collaboration, the imprint now brews the silhouette in chocolate-y “Cocoa Wow” hues. Like its previous counterparts, the Hex Mule maintains its eye-catching language — from striking elevated soles to its angular profile, mule-like rears, and secure medial straps. Finally, Jumpman logos are debossed into the footbeds, while the bottoms feature wavy lined indentations for increased grip while on the move. Take a closer look at the Jordan Hex Mule in “Cocoa Wow” at the gallery above. The summer-ready slide will release in the coming months via Nike and select retailers for $55 USD.
