Following the official announcement of the adidas Harden Vol. 7, the German sportswear brand and NBA star James Harden have debuted yet another eye-catching colorway for the basketball player’s seventh signature shoe. The shoe, which is labeled as the future of adidas Basketball for its innovation and versatility, arrives in a crew yellow and core black color blocking. The contrasting yellow and black is seen throughout the shoe with the silhouette’s quarter panels constructed out of padded textile for added comfort, durability and protection. The knit bootie also gives additional support for the wearer. The toe cap utilizes refined textile and premium materials on the midsole for better responsiveness and cushioning. The majority of the upper is highlighted in vivid yellow, whereas the heels, mesh tongue, laces and underfoot are highlighted in black. The shoe sits atop a new and caged Jet Boost midsole and multi-directional herringbone rubber outsole fo round out the design.Take a look at the adidas Harden Vol. 7 “Crew Yellow” set to arrive in the coming months at select retailers and adidas for $160 USD. Vans Celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Haribo Goldbears
Founded in 1920 by Hans Riegel, Haribo is best known for its colorful Goldbears Gummi Candy often hailed as the first gummy in the world. In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Goldbears, Vans works with the historic sweets company to create an expansive collection of special-edition footwear and apparel.The lineup consists of an extensive list of items for kids including classic Slip-Ons and snapback caps as well as four items for adults including the Old Skool V “Yellow Checkerboard” featuring gummy bear-shaped graphics on patent leather, and Sk8-Hi “Haribo Black” decorated with the Haribo tagline “Kids and grown-ups love it so, the happy world of Haribo” which is written in ten different languages on the quarter panels.A black fleece pullover is adorned with large gummy graphics and stylized logos, and rounding out the assortment is a sky blue hoodie in wavy checkerboard prints with “NET WT 66 OZ” references to Haribo’s packaging.“On the heels of celebrating the 100th anniversary of Haribo Goldbears, we’re thrilled to partner with Vans and honored to have inspired this special collection,” said Andreas Kuhnle, Senior Vice President, Corporate Global Marketing, Haribo. “Haribo is about moments of childlike happiness and fun, helping fans feel like a kid in a candy store through our range of sweet treats. After staging a Crossbar Challenge giveaway event announced by Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, London-based streetwear imprint Corteiz is now back with another campaign video to promote its highly-anticipated Nike Air Max 95 release.The video begins with RTW (RULES THE WORLD) reporters from Korea, France, Japan, and England sharing breaking news of the release. The announcement is seen sending shockwaves throughout the world as stock markets crash and auction houses sell the pairs for upwards of 110 grand. Following a reference to the crossbar challenge, the journey then takes us everywhere from the room of an off-the-rails sneakerhead to street tunnels on the back of an ATV with subtle details scattered throughout.
