New Balance 580 Emerges With a “Castlerock” Motif

After getting reimagined with wild colors via Stray Rats and showing face in an unofficial “Beef and Broccoli” palette earlier this year, the New Balance 580 is ready to build out its inline roster even further in the coming months. Next up on its agenda is a fresh “Castletrock” colorway that has just emerged by way of New Balance official imagery. The color scheme of this forthcoming offering is one that flies under the radar and leans heavily on neutral tones. The Boston sportswear imprint’s “Castlerock” hue stands out across the upper as it dresses up the overlays that are situated on the quarter panels, heels and around the toe boxes. “N’ logo branding is dyed in the very same hue and comes complemented by small notes of navy that dress up the extra forefoot overlays, the New Balance branding that’s embroidered into the tongues and the textured Rollbar cushioning mold that is located on the midsoles. For even more contrast, the mesh layers underneath are dialed to an off-white tone.Check out a closer look at the pair in the gallery above and note that New Balance and select retailers will be dropping these in the coming months for $140 USD.In other news, a New Balance 650 in “White/Black” colorway has surfaced.
