Early Look at the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 Collab

Since coming onto the scene in 2017, Clint419’s Corteiz label has made collaborative projects and an important component of its brand as it has linked with the likes of UK rap artists Central Cee and Meekz for joint projects as well as Soho Yacht Club and Motherlan. And now the London-based imprint is embarking on arguably its biggest collaborative endeavor to-date: an Air Max 95 team-up with Nike.Hot off the heels of executing a foreshadowing marketing scheme by projecting its logo across the Nike London store earlier this month, owner Clint419 has just taken to Instagram to tease the forthcoming kicks. Information related to the collab’s inspiration has yet to be announced, but based off of these early leaked images it appears that Corteiz has opted to go with a militaristic motif. Side overlays are done up with multiple shades of green and are topped off by upper layers that mimic the aesthetic of army netting. Tiny lateral side Swooshes have been substituted a Corteiz spell-out while its signature Alcatraz logo is inserted into the tongues. And to further along its military essence, the insoles have been covered with all-over camo print.Early reports have these slated to release sometime in March, but this has yet to be confirmed.Elsewhere in sneakers, the Nike KD 15 “All-Star” has been revealed.

Up Close With the Upcoming Nike Air Max 1 “Shima Shima”

First introduced by Nike in 2003, the “Shima Shima” motif is resurfacing this year on the Nike Air Max 1. Early leaked images of the pair have been floating around the Internet in recent months, but this newest set of on-foot photos has revealed the kicks in great detail.Important details to call out right off the bat are the remixed tongues and the interior linings. The former trades out the traditional Nike branding for labels that are styled with bold red Japanese characters and brown backdrops while the latter is fitted with brown and white stripes. Upper halves of the sneakers are designed with a trio of neutral tones. Standing out across the base is a “Plum Eclipse” hue which styles up the laces, Swooshes, mudguards, and Nike Air branding on the rear while “Wolf Grey” hits inform the heel overlays and and quarter panels. From there, “Summit White” pokes out through the collars, and toe boxes. Down below, the midsole piece arrives in all-white and is glued above a two-toned treading. At the time of writing, the Swoosh hasn’t confirmed a release date, but you can likely expect the Nike Air Max 1 “Shima Shima”  to launch in the coming months for $160 USD.For other sneaker news, check out a closer look at the Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low.

Nike Announces Its Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low Collaboration

Nike has taken to Instagram to officially tease its forthcoming Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low collaboration. Last week, an early set of blurry leaked images of the actual shoes surfaced onto our radar, but the sportswear company has now confirmed the joint project with a preview of the team-up’s shoe box that is fittingly done up with a Tiffany blue paint job along with an angelic Swoosh logo that rests in the middle of the lid.Following the success of the release of the Diamond Supply Co. x Nike SB Dunk Low “Tiffany” in 2005, the luxury jewelry imprint has likely been waiting to execute an official collaboration with Nike, and it’s finally going to get its chance. And with the convergence of streetwear/footwear and high-end labels being at an all-time high right now paired with the fact that Tiffany & Co. has already done a collaboration with Supreme, there’s an appetite for this type of project from the sneakerhead community.Early shots of the Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low that were revealed last week showed that the kicks will likely be styled with a luxe gray suede upper that is complemented by pebbled leather Swooshes dressed in a Tiffany blue. Premium branding from the jewelry entity is present atop the heels as well. At the time of writing, a Spring 2023 launch is likely going down, with the kicks retailing for $400 USD. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Nike (@nike)In other news, FaZe Clan announced its collaborative Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen.
