Nike Air Max Pre-Day “Warm-core” Arrives in Jersey and Fleece

First introduced in March last year in a volt-like shade, the Nike Air Max Pre-day combines classic ’80s Nike design cues and the latest innovations in footwear technology. The result is a bold new silhouette that touts a “reductive design,” highlighting the shoes’ most vital component, the iconic Air Max cushioning unit.  Following the release of minimalist “Summit White” and “Black/Gray” pairs in April of last year, Nike now introduces a “Warm-core” iteration dressed in a mix of cozy fabrics. The uppers are seen in a white jersey material with tan hairy suede panels applied throughout the shoe. Blue contrast stitching is added across the canvas eyelet overlays, and workwear-inspired fleece is applied to the heel. Lateral swooshes are lined in yellow felt and markered Nike logos are featured on the insoles. Below, the shoe’s new signature sole unit comprises a yellowed midsole, chrome blue cushioning, a fully exposed Air Max unit, and a tire black rubber outsole.Take a look at the Nike Air Max Pre-Day “Warm-core” above and look for the pairs to release on Nike’s website and select retailers in the coming weeks for $160 USD.In other footwear news, Maison Margiela dips the Replica sneaker in patent blue leather.
