A prevailing footwear trend in recent years has been slip-ons. Between clogs and foam runner variants, many brands have contributed different takes. Now, New Balance presents its spin on the style with its own clog composed of a single piece of foam.Appropriately named the New Balance Clog, the silhouette arrives just in time to capitalize on the summer weather and high demand for slip-on options. Constructed of EVA foam, the Clog is offered in monochromatic looks of beige and black to make its debut. A tonal jumbo “N” logo arrives on the lateral alongside plain “new balance” text at the lateral heel. The Clog maintains a rugged shape with various indents and protrusions. Ventilation holes throughout the upper allow for improved breathability, completing this fresh look from New Balance.The launch of the New Balance Clog takes place July 1 at a price of ₩89,000 KRW (approx. $68 USD). Its release begins via New Balance Korea with a possible worldwide launch to follow shortly after.In case you missed it, Bodega and New Balance reunited to rework the 574 Legacy in two colorways for Bodega’s 15th anniversary.

For New Balance, the 574 is arguably its best known silhouette. A well-rounded classic, the model has been adored in a variety of looks for decades. Now, in 2022, the American sportswear brand introduced the 574 Legacy, offering a vintage look that pays tribute to its roots. Debuting in collaboration with eYe Junya Watanabe MAN, the 574 Legacy is now approached by Boston-based retailer Bodega. In continued celebration of its 15th anniversary, Bodega presents the shoe in two suede colorways.Kicking off the selection, the first colorway utilizes a rough suede upper in blue. The other favors a cleaner suede upper in a mustard yellow. From there, both feature silver accents throughout, including the lateral “N” logo. At the medial “N” logo a contrasting look is presented as the primary color matches the respective colorway in a perforated suede. Collaborative detailing includes the tongue’s unique logo, a celebratory sockliner and three special tags included with the pairs.Following up on its Parisian pop-up debut, release for the two Bodega x New Balance 574 Legacy colorways is scheduled for July 15 at 12pm EDT via Bodega and select retailers.In other New Balance news, the 550 is set to release in a mint accented colorway for July.

In response to high demand, Nike has outfitted the Dunk High in a variety of women’s colorways for 2022. Earlier presented in “Court Purple” and most recently “Blue Satin,” the ladies have continued to receive new looks on the Dunk High. Now, in “Fossil Stone,” a simple yet luxe look is embraced with its calm color palette and standard construction.Beginning with the upper, a “Sail” leather base combines with a matching midsole while black Swooshes and heel tabs contrast the otherwise pastel dressed colorway. Complementing the look, a white mesh tongue is included. The “Fossil Stone” shade arrives at the leather overlays, laces, trim and rubber outsole to round out the look.A release date for the Dunk High “Fossil Stone” has not yet been shared. However, this pair is expected to hit shelves in women’s sizing soon via Nike and select retailers at a retail price of $120 USD.Elsewhere in the world of footwear, the sought-after Jacquemus x Nike collection is set for a restock in July.
