Kar L’Art de L’Automobile Has a Salomon ACS Pro Advanced Collab on the Way

Kar L’Art de L’Automobile has made a name for itself by producing streetwear apparel and accessories that are inspired by notable luxury, racing and classic cars. As it has gradually ascended into the spotlight, other partners such as Carhartt and Vault by Vans have linked up with the imprint for collaborative projects and now Salomon has come knocking on its door. Together, the brands have teased an upcoming Kar L’Art de L’Automobile x Salomon ACS Pro Advanced colorway that’s inspired by the colors that you’d find on a traffic light.Instead of breaking up the hues into three different colorways like the aforementioned team-up with Vans, the automotive-focused label opted to mash them all together for the lifestyle silhouette. Cages, mudguards and midsoles have been styled with a green hue to symbolize the “go” light, while bold red hits apply to the mesh underlays, Salomon branding heel tabs and lace ties to mimic the “stop” light. Yellow hits are then integrated atop the overlays and rear molds to channel the “slow down” light. No release information has been announced just yet, but you can view early images of the pair here above. In case you missed it, check out our recent Behind the Hype episode about Salomon.
