Nike SB Blazer Mid “Acclimate” Surfaces With a Bold Red and Black Makeover
While it’s by nature that Nike SB tends to attract most of its attention for its output of special Dunk colorways both collaborative and GR, the skate label has also been seen pushing a variety of other models this year, one being the hiking-inspired Nike SB Blazer Mid “Acclimate.” The silhouette has been revealed in several colorways thus far including “Triple Black” and “Sand Dune,” and now it has just shown its latest “Red/Black” rendition.Like the variations that have come before it, this forthcoming makeup will keep all of its original design cues such as the canvas uppers, suede toe boxes and wool liners. Lateral and medial walls as well as the tongues here are swathed in bright red hue and come complemented with solid black leather Swooshes and buttery toe boxes. Vivid pops of yellow also make their presence felt here as they splash on the exposed zig zag stitchings, the tongue branding and the Nike SB patches on the heels. The interior liners are whipped up with a charcoal gray wool material that features multi-colored hits throughout.Be on the lookout for Nike SB retailers to likely drop these in the coming months for the standard $105 USD price point. On the hunt for more footwear news? adidas NMD S1 Is Revealed in a Grey and Green Glow Colorway
Since first entering the market in 2015, the adidas NMD has been released in a superfluity of new models and still remains as one of the strongest lifestyle models for the German imprint. Earlier in 2021, Pharrell took the liberty of debuting one of its newest silhouettes titled the adidas NMD S1, and it has now popped up in a brand new “Grey/Green Glow” colorway. This is only the second colorway that the brand has officially unveiled since first previewing its inaugural white colorway, and it definitely takes a different route aesthetically as it ushers in a more muted palette. PrimKnit material makes up the heightened layer and comes mostly submerged in a dark grey hue. Smaller accents of white are visible through the stripes on the laces, semi-see-through mid-foot windows on the quarter panels and the “NMD” branding that is positioned on the interiors of the heels. The chunky midsole piece and outsoles are served up with a minty “Green Glow” tint, the latter of which is constructed with triple stacked Trefoil logos which provides heavy branding and traction.Parties interested in copping can expect these to land on the shelves sometime in 2022 with retail being set at $180 USD.For other sneaker news, peep a closer look at the recent INVINCIBLE x NEIGHBORHOOD adidas Campus collaboration.
