Take an Official Look at the adidas Trae Young 1 “Peach Tree”

Along with two other pairs inspired by the classic slushie beverage ICEE, Trae Young’s “Peach Tree” sneaker collaboration with adidas will be launching by mid-November.Marking the Atlanta Hawks point guard’s first partnership with the Three Stripes, the basketball shoe takes inspiration from Georgia’s known peach trees scattered around the state as a nod to his affinity for the city he plays for. The 23-year-old NBA star took the design out for an initial spin during the 2021 Playoffs against the New York Knicks.Featuring a freshly squeezed hue of Acid Orange dominantly filling in the mesh uppers including the eyelets and laces down to the midsoles and outsoles molded with slits for added traction. Pull tabs line the tongue and heel in a “Team Green” shade resembling stems of the fruit. A detailed peach graphic is found on the sock-liner while the interior walls are decked in crisp white along with a BOOST-cushion inserted between the soles for a subtle contrast.Look out for the adidas Trae Young 1 “Peach Tree” to release on November 19 via the brand’s website.First playoff game. Here’s a Preview of Concepts and New Balance’s Latest 992 Collaboration

Following their 57/40 collaboration in reference to the iconic rivalry between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees, Concepts and New Balance link up for another fruitful partnership in the form of a 992 design inspired by kiwis and strawberries. Thanks to Dennis Todisco, we got a sneak peek at what’s in store. From the lateral view, the uppers are constructed with a combination of tan suede and mesh wrapped with fuzzy suede overlays in a khaki hue. Pops of lime green detail the signature “N” logos on the quarters, upper eyestays and tongue’s “EPTS” branding on one side while the other sports a “CONC” text. Looking into the interiors, the sock liners feature a collage of strawberries with the Concepts logo laid over while another branding is found above the heel counter. The midsole adopts the same fluorescent green hue quipped with the ENCAP technology near the arch and heel accompanied by an off-white shade to fill out the fore-front over a black rubber outsole. The pair is encased in its own specially designed packaging showcasing a brown wooden box-like layout with graphics of the fruits and branding components in a matching palette.Further details on the release are yet to be announced by both brands. View this post on Instagram A post shared by DENNIS TODISCO (@dennistodisco)For more joint projects with Boston-based sportswear brand, Todd Snyder and New Balance have redesigned the NB 57/40.
