When Nike practices bringing back some of its retro silhouettes, it tends to have a tradition of releasing its memorable OG colorways first, and then later on rolling out modernized takes. And that’s definitely been the case for the ACG Air Mowabb — a model that in 2021 is celebrating its 30th anniversary — and to keep its momentum trucking along, the Swoosh has just brought word that it will be dropping in a new “Off Noir” colorway.Unlike its throwback “Rattan Birch” and “Gravity Purple” colorways, both of which feature a more colorful presentation, this latest offering to emerge skews to the darker side of the spectrum. Designed with a rather understated motif, this mid-cut installment wraps its nubuck side panels, perforated toe boxes, ankle bootie and heel cages with an “Off Noir” hue. Muted “Olive Green” accents then accompany by splashing onto the collars, tiny forefoot Swooshes, ACG-branded triangles and the tongue logos, while the “Nike Air” spell out that lands on the heels contrast with a dark gray. Midsoles usher in their customary speckled wallpaper which is executed in a dark gray while a solid black tone outfits the midsoles.No release date has emerged for these just yet but you can likely expect them to launch in the coming months via Nike for $160 USD.For other sneaker news, the Nike Dunk Low Scrap has been revealed in “Black Gum.”

Detailed Look at the ‘Gundam’ x Nike SB Dunk High “Banshee”
Dunks continue to be the talk of the town in the sneaker space, especially when it comes to the collaborations that spring up from Nike and its popular SB label. The skateboarding division recently unveiled its trio of “By Any Means” colorways with world-renowned streetwear label Supreme, and now it’s gearing up for its two-pieced SB Dunk High collection with Gundam. One of the installments in the pack is the “Banshee” colorway which draws inspiration from the anime franchise’s Unicorn Gundam, and it has just emerged by way of detailed imagery.Most of the ground on the heightened half color-blocks between solid black toe boxes, quarters and collars while the overlays complement with a muted obsidian exterior. Outlining each of these panels comes subtle hits of red piping, and added overlays that show up on the first set of lace loops are done up in a rose gold. New Balance 991 Arrives With a Clean Olive and Gray Color Scheme
New Balance has been able to maintain a strong momentum in recent years for aligning with impactful collaborators and making use of its garnered attraction by continuing to produce general release colorways that are clean and versatile. In line with the latter, one of the silhouettes that’s continuing to push the tempo is the New Balance 991, and it has just arrived in a crisp olive green and gray colorway.The arrival of this newest installment couldn’t have been more timely as Autumn is nearing its peak, and this color palette of these lifestyle-centric kicks surely aligns with this seasonal transition. For the upper build, mesh makes up a majority of the underlays and this, along with the subtle reflective notes are swathed in the Boston sportswear brand’s classic gray hue.
